Rules & Regulations

To maintain discipline in the school to ensure the safety of the children & to give the habit of punctually, the following rules should be observed strictly.

Punctuality
We believe in instilling the value of punctuality from an early age, and parental cooperation is essential in this journey. Our gates open at 9:45 a.m. to welcome children, with school hours beginning between 10:15 and 10:45 a.m. Please note that gates close promptly at 10:45 a.m. for the Morning Assembly, and late arrivals will not be permitted to join.

Sickness or Emergency
Children will not be allowed to go home earlier than the
scheduled time except in the case of sickness or
emergency.

Leave letter
Intimation should be given in writing or a children's
absence from the school. If a student is absent withour any initimation for a week, his/her name will be automatically struck off the school rolls.

Tiffin Goods
School is not responsible for any loss or exchange of water
bottle, tiffin box etc. having no names written on them.

Loss Property
Parents/Guardian should not let their children bring
expensive articles like toys, jewellers etc. to school. The
school will not be responsible or any loss whatsoever.

Books & Notebooks
All books and notebooks should be neatly covered with
brown paper & labeled with the child's name, class &
subject written on them.

Tiffin
They should bring dry Tiffin & not juicy one. Every child
should bring a napkin everyday. Parents are requested to
send one extra dress in his/ her bag.

Diaries
Parents are requested to send the diary regularly in their
bag. Check the Diary Everyday.

Groups
Play Group children should come to school neatly in light casual dress. Pre-Nursery to Nursery children should come
in proper school uniform.

Cleanliness
Children must have their nails trimmed every week.

Meeting
Parents can meet the teachers But they can do so only after
classes are over.

Identity Cards
Identity cards will be given for all the pupils.
Parents/Guardians are requested to bring their children's
identity cards when they come to pick them up. Children will
Not be handed over to unknown people without identity
cards. Identity cards should be kept in a safe place.In case
of its loss, school authorities should be notified immediatelv.

Contagious Diseases
A child suffering from any infectious disease should not be
sent to school. Doctor's certificate indicating that he/she is
free from infection and for to attend school should be
produced when he/she returns to school after recovery.

Address
Any change of address, telephone number must be notified to the school at the earliest.

Certificates
Transfer certificate will be issued only after 3 days of the
submission of a written application by the guardian.

Habbits
Parents are requested to make sure that their children
return anything taken inadvertently from the school. This
will install a good habit in them.

Notice Of Withdrawl
One full calender month's notice must be given in advance in
writing, before a student's name is withdrawn from the
school rolls. Failing this, the month's tution fees will be
adjusted with the security/caution deposit.
